$B=\{x\in\mathbb{R}\mid-3\leq x-1<5\}=\{x\in\mathbb{R}\mid-2\leq x<6\}$.
Để $A\cap B\neq\emptyset$ thì $\left\{\begin{array}{l}m<6\\m+2\geq-2\end{array}\right. \Leftrightarrow -4\leq m<6$.
